This is a kind of project I was really happy to be part of.
The " Ministerium für Umwelt, Energie, Ernährung und Forsten Rheinland-Pfalz" had an invitation for tenders for a campaign idea to avoid waste. Especially concerning disposable cups.
The environment-oriented design agency "Frey und Meute" approached me to participate in their competition contribution by coming up with a video concept fitting to their campaign idea.
And we actually won with the entry.
So I had to realize the animated video, which was an essential part of the campaign.
I wanted to explain how the system with these deposit cups works in a fun way.
The dynamic illustrations are frame-by-frame hand drawn (3 or 5 picture-loops) by illustrator Sascha May.
The spot is used online and was screened in different cinemas in Rheinland-Pfalz.
